Outstanding Female in HR Leadership

Mary Pembroke has been in HR for over thirty years. She has worked in several different industries in her time in HR. For the past eleven years she has worked in the Architecture and Engineering industry. During this time, she has navigated rough waters through COVID, hiring freezes, and the downturn of the construction industry in those years. She has managed with grace and determination through these tough times. Mary has managed HR for firms as large as several thousand people to the firm she is in now at 49 people. Her efforts to ensure that the employees of the company are taken care of in nothing short of amazing.
