Post her engineering degree, Archana started as a mainframe developer, built her career from the ground up—coding debit card authorization platforms for a UK Bank, leading TSB merger integration projects in London, and managing crisis response for the bank. Archana’s leadership journey spans high-impact initiatives—from architecting Apple Pay and contactless transaction for 5M+ transactions. Lloyds TSB partnered with Visa and Samsung to offer contactless payments during 2012 Olympics. This was Bank’s first move in the contactless payment space. She has designed the fraudulent transaction system for debit cards in the Bank. She consistently drives innovation in high-stakes, regulated environments and delivers sustainable value through technology modernization, risk reduction, and process optimization. She received multiple accolades, including “Best Manager” and has delivered projects with multimillion-euro savings in infrastructure transformation and cloud migration. Her professional influence extends beyond her roles—she is a respected industry voice, currently serves as Board of Director at PMI NEFL, judge for the PMI PMO Global Awards, Globee Technology Awards. She holds certifications in PMP, CSM and cloud engineering. Archana’s leadership combines methodical execution with emotional intelligence, turning strategy into culture, and opportunity.
