Rebecca has led Duckworth Construction’s transformation from a small, residential construction company to an award-winning, commercial general contracting and industrial concrete construction firm. Duckworth provides services to top Fortune 500 corporations in the pharmaceutical, food, and medical industries. Rebecca combined her leadership skills with a team of seasoned operations professionals to position the company for continued significant growth and success. Duckworth recently opened their second operating location in Southwest Michigan, and has grown from a mere $30,000 in residential jobs annually, to doing more than $8 million in industrial and commercial projects just last year.
