The initial business idea was born from Tina's experience, revealing that the leap was far more challenging than she had ever imagined. After spending 10 years in the corporate realm as a recruiter and talent manager, Tina decided to start her own company to assist and support academic professionals. Today, Tina's multifaceted experience not only brings value to academic professionals but also benefits corporate professionals, with a particular focus on Engineering, Life Science, and IT. Tina began her career as an Assistant Professor at Lund University after spending six years as a researcher at the Max-Planck Institute. During the 1990s, she focused on the RNA field, actively participating in research related to catalytic RNA and RNA aptamers. Bringing her scientific expertise to Sweden, Tina's work led to one of her patents involving RNA aptamers designed to inhibit septic shock, which later evolved into the biotech company Aptahem AB. Today, Tina Persson is the CEO of Passage2Pro, is an ICF Certified PCC Coach with over 6,000 hours of coaching experience and a track record of training over 2,000 individuals. She is also a certified Team Coach and assessment specialist, utilizing cutting-edge tools, including the revolutionary assessment, Adaptability AQ. During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, Passage2Pro transformed into a 100% online and digital company, extending its services globally. New concepts in the fields of Leadership and Team Coaching have emerged to address the need to reshape organizations for the future.
