Lori Woodley-Langendorff, MS, PPS, stands as the Founder & CEO of All It Takes. Under her guidance and leadership, All It Takes is dedicated to arming young individuals and their mentors with vital emotional intelligence skills, enabling them to lead their lives fruitfully and contribute positively to their communities. Drawing on her 25-year background as a school counselor with a keen emphasis on experiential learning, emotional intelligence, parenting support, and peer programs, Lori has transitioned to dedicating her efforts towards writing and speaking on emotional intelligence, challenges faced by parents, and the pivotal changes brought about by experiential education. Simultaneously, she oversees the programming and executive operations of All It Takes. Recently, Lori played a pivotal role in co-creating and co-producing the "A Trusted Space" series. This series encompasses the 2020 award-winning documentary "A Trusted Space: Redirecting Grief to Growth" and the 2023 docu-training series, "A Trusted Space: Meeting the Moment." The latter is supplemented with resourceful training guides. The films delve into the pressing need for the California education system to pave the way for reliable, healthy environments for every student. They spotlight the escalating socio-emotional crisis, intensified by the pandemic, confronting the youth of today. By amalgamating diverse insights from various sectors of the educational sphere – be it students, teachers, administrators, counselors, parents, or even professionals from the fields of education, mental health, and youth work – the series sheds light on the continuous socio-emotional, mental, and academic hurdles present within educational settings.
