The Capital Square investor relations team is a customer service team that provides exceptional and impactful services to the real estate firm’s investor family and strives to continuously improve the investor experience. “Investors first” isn’t just a tagline at Capital Square. It’s what they do, day in and day out. The Capital Square investor relations team, a team of seven people: • Services over 8000 fund accounts, representing over $2 billion in equity (as of June 2024) • Processes over $9 million in investor distributions each month (7,000+ distribution transactions) • Manages hundreds of active funds (100 DST and 12 LLC Funds, as of June 2024) • Prepares and sends hundreds of quarterly reports, plus various updates and communications • Responds to thousands of emails each month (e.g., over 2,000 in November 2023; over 1,000 in March 2024) • Has averaged hundreds calls per month over the past five months • Completed seven dispositions in 2023 • Completed over 120 retitles in 2023 • Created over 8,500 DST tax packages and processed over 1000 K1s for the 2024 tax season In the words of Donna Quick, senior vice president of investor relations, who leads the team, “There are simply no slackers here.
