Starting with Ireland, her offerings expanded to meet growing demand, covering Scotland, England, Wales, Spain, Portugal, France, and exclusive Safari, Golf, and Wine Tours in Southern Africa. On 9/11, the Company lost many of our clients who were based in World Trade Centers, including a group of golfers from Cantor Fitzgerald who were scheduled to depart on 9/14. Their conference call on 9/10 to Maura was filled with excitement for their upcoming golf tour to Ireland. In addition, September one of the busiest months in the business, all the tours had to be cancelled or postponed. The Financial crisis saw a huge downturn of fewer corporate clients traveling internationally. Covid shut down operations totally, but the Company through strong leadership and management, kept moving forward.   Through both difficult and prosperous times, Maura has successfully led one of the most respected names in luxury golf and travel.
