I believe incredible transformation can happen when women make the decision to cast off the titles and labels that OTHERS have assigned to them. In my work, I’ve had the privilege to witness that transformation thousands of times. I first realized I had a unique ability to identify and amplify the potential in others while working as a top executive for Oracle in Silicon Valley. Feeling the pull of my true calling, I set out on my first life-altering re-launch: my own exit from the tech world. Like so many women, I’d felt stuck and uncertain about the next step in life: how to transition from up-and-coming professional to a trusted mentor, able to pass along the wisdom I’d earned. I didn’t fully understand my own power yet, but I knew the calling I felt could be trusted, so I followed it. I left tech and committed full-time to helping others - primarily women in midlife - find and live out their purpose. Today, I’m a globally-recognized business and mindset mastery coach, a three-time international bestselling author, and multi-million dollar entrepreneur. My multi-platform enterprise, The ReLaunch Co, has helped 10,000 ‘ReLaunchers’ achieve over $25 million of success in the last two years alone (pg2). With 250+ inspirational episodes to date, the ReLaunch Podcast is Top 20 in Entrepreneurship in the US and top 1.5% globally, and my morning talk show alongside Marci Hopkins, Wake Up with Marci & Hilary, aired on multiple networks in 2023 and 2024, most notably WLNY1055 (pg3). I’m proud to be recognized as an expert in neuropsychology and to have the opportunity to share my proprietary 3HQ™ alignment code and transformative Tune In™ technique on podcasts and in publications such as Forbes and Harper’s Bazaar USA (pg3-4). My new television show, The ReLaunch Real, is set to debut in April of 2025. By helping professional women in midlife to identify, name, and shed the limiting labels they’ve carried through life, I’ve facilitated thousands of successful, sustained relaunches and created a global community of ‘ReLaunchers’ who lift and celebrate each other. Their joy inspires me every day.
