Jenna Thompson

As a finalist at The Dynamic Awards 2022 celebrating businesswomen in Sussex, she has made an incredible impact and has become one of the key people in the company. Jenna is an excellent example of a true mentor and leader. She is a reminder to women and every employee that they can accomplish their ambitions and get to the top of the company by working hard and staying committed. While leading her own team of 12 consultants, Jenna has strengthened the internal hiring process by developing an excellent training and onboarding program ensuring both experienced recruiters and new starters can be confident, comfortable, and thriving in their roles. Jenna has reshaped the entire company by introducing our unique internal structure which sees us all working as a team to our strengths, rather than in competition or in specific verticals – our consultants are free to choose whether to focus on the research of candidates, client services, or both. Now, our consultants can develop their strengths rather than work in scenarios they are not confident. For Jenna, creating an environment where her employees are valued and heard is key. This is the kind of environment where individuals can grow and realise their potential. Unsurprisingly, this approach has proven successful leading to a significant increase in employee satisfaction and bringing our retention rate a whopping 96% in the past year. We are now a fast-growing recruitment firm, almost reaching 100 employees.
