Dena Jalbert

Dena Jalbert is the founder and CEO of Align Business Advisory Services, the leading M&A advisory firm for lower middle market companies. Under Dena's leadership since founding the firm in 2017, Align has closed more than $2 billion of buy and sell-side transactions. Earning them recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies in American and also being named by the US Chamber of Commerce as one of the Top 100 Small Businesses in America. Align's network of acquirers includes Visa, Bank of America, Hewlett Packard and Google. Philanthropically, Dena serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of AdventHealth Central Florida, supporting the Heart, Lung, and Vascular institute of the foundation, raising money for underserved patients and the advancement of treatment and technology. She has held the position since June of 2022. She previously served as Vice Chair of the Florida Hospital Foundation, where she was a member of the board for four years.
