Priya Taneja is the Chief Executive Officer of DHR Global, the world’s eighth largest executive search and talent advisory firm. With 13 years at the firm, Taneja has been pivotal in driving DHR Global’s expansion, advancing operational excellence, and shaping a strong cultural foundation. Her journey at the company began in 2009 as Human Resources Manager and has since advanced through a variety of leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Operations in 2021, President & Chief Operating Officer in 2024, and now CEO in 2025. Notably, Taneja becomes the first non-family CEO in DHR’s 36-year history, and is the third woman and first of color to run a top 10 executive search firm. Her leadership has and will continue to guide the firm through transformative growth, including partner integration, international expansion, and operational innovation.
