As the Chief Services Officer for Allstate Protection Plans, Wini leads global services strategy, customer experience, and supply chain operations for over 130M policies in force. She is passionate about creating and scaling operations to power seamless customer-centered experiences. Her global team drives Service Innovation for Allstate Protection Plans and manages Premium Technical Support, Go Tech On-Demand Mobile Repair Services, and Device Trade-in/Upgrade offerings. Wini is the executive sponsor for APP's WOMEN employee resource group, creating opportunities, mentorship, and empowerment for women and allies. Wini is a multi-year member of Chief, the invite-only membership network for women executives, and a champion for Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and for the advancement of women in leadership roles.
