These programs are designed to accommodate our hotel and alliance partners to create seamlessly easy options. The first program, the Alliance Partnership Program is multi-faceted with a specific platform designed for the ease and efficiency for our alliance partners to respond to Travelers Havens' inventory requests. Ryn’s team is invested in offering individualized on-boarding to assure their success in partnership. This individual approach creates well-trained partners who fully understand the expectations and the program. This process produces high results that create the best experience for all, most importantly our guests. The Alliance Partnership Program supports hundreds of alliance partners across the country driving additional reservations to both national and local providers. The efficiency is unmatched, allowing for cost savings in overhead and by utilizing all available partner inventory.; resulting in cost savings and bolstered revenue for both Travelers Haven and our Alliance Partners.The APP program has grown over 500% the first year under Ryn’s guidance and has continued to grow in subsequent years. Ryn also developed our Hotel Partnership Program that filled a gap our clients were needing nationwide. Through Ryn’s Hotel program, Travelers Haven established a portfolio of hotel partners and is able to house guests who may be delayed checking in to their corporate apartment due to supply shortages, availability or client’s changing needs. The Hotel program has also become beneficial in very rural/remote areas, where there may not be available housing. Travelers Haven is also able to capture a segment of business that wants the high touch service only a corporate housing provider can provide with flexible lease terms often necessary in today’s changing environment..
