Pr & Communications Team of the Year

Liz is on the forefront of Cloudticity's internal communication strategy. When Liz joined Cloudticity, almost immediately she recognized a need for someone to take on the role of internal communications and volunteered her efforts. She has spearheaded a monthly Cloudticity Newsletter. Each issue contains an introduction, a light-hearted spotlight interview with a different employee, recipes or recommendations, and ends with birthday and company anniversary announcements for the month. Liz authors, designs, conducts interviews, researches and reviews products and recipes herself.

Liz also created an Unofficial Cloudticity Holiday Handbook. Every design element was curated and specifically branded for the company by Liz. This booklet contains employee submissions for special food & drink recipes, holiday fun facts, and personal stories to create a virtual booklet/keepsake that was distributed to Cloudticity’s employees before their virtual holiday celebration.

Liz takes the lead on communicating the Cloudticity culture through her written contributions, as well as leading team activities on many of their monthly all-company meetings. Liz plays a large role in communicating policies and procedures internally. She creates documents and emails to communicate important announcements, changes or requirements, and has filmed and hosted live training and Q&A presentations for their travel platform, expense report procedure and also contract management system.

Liz also manages their social media account. She collaborates with the marketing team to align brand vision and messaging, creating fresh copy weekly to share internal and external assets across Twitter, Linkedin, and Facebook on the topic of healthcare technology.
