Michelle has led and executed an abundance of impactful projects in her career, either through her sole efforts, the efforts of her team alone, or in collaboration with others. Below are some examples of the more impactful ones: She implemented communication SOPs with Suppliers and Distributor Owners that provided Distributor Owners with key updates that directly impact their business (i.e. Supplier pricing changes, contact changes, new products, etc.). These SOPs also alert Distributor Owners to urgent and impactful roadblocks/challenges that may negatively impact their orders. The SOPs also share best practices and reinforce key functionality within our system. The documents also proactively share marketing initiatives to encourage early and increased adoption, clearly outline Supplier benefits and encourage leveraging these benefits to grow sales, review key opportunities with Top 10 Suppliers on a quarterly basis, while organizing and sharing newly designed marketing tools and resources to the Distributor Owner network (i.e. supplemental flyers, etc.) Michelle was also responsible for phase one of the Preferred Network Program redesign, where she audited all Supplier contractual agreements, performed a deep dive analysis completed by product category with opportunities identified to further strengthen each category, as well as an audit of Supplier profile information completed with 80% of the record updates completed. In this process, she also implemented new reporting KPIs by category/Supplier so the network could be reviewed, and decisions made based off the data. Reviews with disengaged Suppliers led to continued participation with increased accountability for engagement or a decision to terminate from the program. Michelle also implemented one annual registration versus the seven individual events throughout the year. This approach led to a 28% increase in Supplier participation (post-COVID) and a 20% increase in sponsorship revenue. She took the lead in building all event registration websites to gather key data from attendees and to automate payments whenever possible, while also creating a Supplier sponsorship presentation/document that streamlined benefit packages to Suppliers and clearly stated the benefits of each sponsorship level
