Each suite uses the latest lithium battery technology to store energy harvested from rooftop solar panels; gray water recycling technology enabling a reduction in water consumption; UV sanitization technology; hands-free controls for electronics; and a seamless tablet control integration. The suites are RVIA compliant while being 50 percent wider than any similar product on the market today. In an effort to localize each suite and reduce the carbon footprint, Moliving suites are crafted in regional facilities within close proximity to the expected delivery locations. This also allows control over efficiency in terms of time, predictability in terms of cost, and dependability in terms of availability. Moliving operates as a Joint Venture partnership for landowners, future hoteliers, national parks and campgrounds. The partner will contribute land and install relatively minor permanent infrastructure, and in exchange, the company offers its hotel operations system including management services, reservation systems, the overall brand and all services to efficiently operate and run a hotel as well as the flexible inventory with the suites.
