Entrepreneur of the Year

Gray Automotive Group is an automotive dealership in Burlington, Ontario. Founded in 2018 by Jen Gray, it was Jen's mission from the start to eliminate barriers for women entering the heavily male-dominated automotive industry, as she experienced many herself. Almost 6 years later, Jen has scaled her business and is now seeking to mentor and assist other women and young girls who may feel intimidated or discouraged when attempting to seek a career in the automotive world. Whether its sales, service, or anything in between, Jen's lifetime mission is to personally ensure that these barriers to entry continue to be knocked down, and that women make their lasting mark on the automotive industry forever.
