Uplifting Women Through the Power of Community and Education

The Inner Mountain Foundation was founded by DHGATE Group’s Founder, Chairperson and CEO Diane Wang in October 2023 as a global community empowering women to stand up, speak out and make a difference. With a mission to build up and empower communities for women worldwide, the Foundation provides access to various entrepreneurial resources, training, information and funding for women-owned businesses. Named after Diane’s ‘inner mountain’ philosophy, The Inner Mountain Foundation is a supportive network that promotes the global empowerment of women through education, community, and outreach. It helps women with the first step of doing the work within, to overcome the limiting beliefs that hold them back from becoming the best possible version of themselves. The Foundation provides an environment that supports self-discovery and mutual upliftment, centered around the concept of 'holding space' — allowing members to share their experiences and challenges in a safe environment. This approach helps women to face personal struggles and foster collective strength, enhancing the journey towards personal growth and empowerment via three unique pillars: “Look Within”, “Community” and “International”. The Foundation also invests in making educational resources, such as soft skills training, broadly accessible. Founder Diane Wang has also authored a women’s motivational book titled The Inner Mountain, which is on presale now and scheduled to be published by Forbes Books in October 2024. The book details Diane’s “Inner Mountain” philosophy that the Foundation draws inspiration from, as well as her personal experiences as a serial entrepreneur with over three decades experience in the corporate world. Since its 2023 founding, Diane has launched chapters in the US and China. The Foundation organizes regular offline meetups, networking events and programs.
