Olanda started her Dell Technologies journey in 2006, impacting and transforming multiple organizations including Engineering, Field Deployment, and Services. Olanda is currently Vice President of Customer Technical Training & Education which is a profit -and-loss organization responsible for delivering high quality technical training and support to customers and partners. Olanda leads team members in 30 countries that deliver 6 million technical learning hours annually, contributing over $200M in revenue annually. In addition, Olanda serves as the Executive sponsor for Generative AI, University Recruiting, Mentoring & Development programs. Olanda also has an MBA in Artificial Intelligence and encourages a culture of continuous learning and growth for her organization. After, returning from a long-term Expatriate Assignment in Penang Malaysia, Olanda’s passion and purpose, to develop, challenge and engage others, shines in her far-reaching community involvement. Olanda is actively engaged in supporting STEM, Robotics, Innovation challenges, career advancement programs and advocacy programs around the world. Olanda unapologetically puts the customer first and this is how her journey led her to position as Vice President of Services at Dell Technologies. Olanda has led every organization – from Product Creation to Finance. She has lead Sales, Delivery, Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Support. Her 4 years in Penang Malaysia on an expatriate assignment building Engineering Organizations gave her an additional tool in her toolkit as she was asked to partner with International Community Groups to educate and build the next set of Women leaders in technology. Olanda also has a logical business-focused mindset, and her decisions reflect this in that they contribute positively to the bottom line. She makes tough decisions daily to drive the organization to where it needs to go. There is no room for mediocracy Olanda has a way of meeting people where they are at recognizing their potential and bringing out the best in them.
