Vickie Chen is a 20-year gaming veteran and the founder & CEO of AviaGames. She is transforming traditional stereotypes surrounding the video games industry with a women-owned and operated company garnering impressive success in a male-dominated field. Avia is responsible for popular mobile game Solitaire Clash, and has more than 60 million downloads and over close to half a billion monthly tournaments. As Vickie isn't your typical "hardcore gamer", she wanted to create games anyone could play. Additionally, she is constantly putting players first, moving fast and staying creative, chasing growth with responsibility and cares deeply about the long-term well-being of her team. In 2025, she led campaigns that gave a little over two hundred thousand to shelter animals at the Nevada SPCA and around a hundred thousand to foster children in partnership with Foster Love.
