As with any industry, there is a perpetual state of evolution, but the pandemic delivered a twist of challenges, opportunity and transformation. Post pandemic it became clear that in every facet on an individual and a business level, we are better together. That the heart of being together is connection through community. Through its campaign, Better Together, Women in Revenue set out to execute an a series of activities to unify every motion, and transform the organization’s trajectory. This includes: • The launch of WIR TV, its own platform offering live streaming content tackling hyper-relevant topics and issues impacting today’s women • The development of a platform built to match mentors and mentees for one-on-one mentorship, and has small group mentorship opportunities • The launch of an Equity Resource Program that trains and certifies ambassadors while educating and supporting corporations in creating diverse and inclusive spaces through learning based on three pillars, gender focused needs, DE&I and allyship.
