Georgina Smith purchased and started her own company at the age of 22 - WP Real Estate Management Pty Ltd. She is now 24 and runs two highly successful real estate offices in Kilmore and Albert Park. Becoming an agent's representative at the age of 19 had her delving into the industry early with ambitions to create her own company and take the name global. At 21, she was a fully licensed agent and progressed her leadership role which quickly advanced to Director. She runs a portfolio of over 500 residential and commercial properties and over the past two years her growing team have leased over 150 properties and sold over 80 properties annually. This year, her Kilmore office was awarded Suburb Winner of the Year 2023 for Kilmore for the second year running, and Suburb of the Year winner for Wallan via RateMyAgent. In the past year, Georgina's company's total sales is valued over $31,000,000. At the start of her career, her goal was to create an annual turnover of $500,000 gross and open her second office in the Port Phillip region of Melbourne. After the first financial year, her annual turnover exceeded $700,000 and she opened her second office in Albert Park. Her next goal is to continue working on making the name famous and opening multiple offices internationally. Her determination and proven belief structure is that tasked based property management and sales can be run remotely from anywhere, anytime.
